WELSHPOOL, SOUTH GIPPSLAND, VICTORIA
Welshpool, South Gippsland is situated on the beautiful South Eastern coastline of Victoria, Australia. Welshpool is a central point to a large number of natural wonders for locals and tourists alike to enjoy, with the beautiful backdrop of Wilsons Promontory, as well as the Agnes Falls and Tarra-Bulga National Park, all just a short drive away.
The fishing township of Port Welshpool has a perfect beach with calm waters for families to relax and enjoy, and fantastic facilities and boating ramp for fishermen to use.
Welshpool is one of the stopping points along the Great Southern Rail Trail. In total a 70km trail retracing the Australian mainland's southern-most rail line.
Welshpool also has a 9-hole golf course of 5388 metres, which is yet to concede an under par score. All visitors are invited to come along and take the challenge.

| Welshpool RTCThe Welshpool Rural Transaction Centre is a non-profit organisation benefiting the community in accordance with guidelines set down by the commonwealth government.
The RTC is managed by The Welshpool and District Advisory Group Inc. who are a committee of local volunteers that act as an executive or board of directors to the business operations.
Our mission is to promote wellbeing and to continue to provide support for community growth and development in the general Welshpool and Port Welshpool districts, inclusive of the whole of the riding of the South Gippsland Shire.
