Photo: The Pt. Welshpool Historical Long Jetty which at present is closed due to disrepair. We are in negotiations to have the Jetty restored and a Under water Observatory installed. Link to other information and news releases.

The Welshpool and District Art Show was held over the long weekend in June, although the entries were down on last year, the show still lived up to expectations as far as the standard of exhibits. It's wonderful to see what talented people we have in the district. for more info and photos go to.

• Agnes Falls 10 minutes from Welshpool a beautiful cascade of water especially after rain, with a park and bar-b-que great place for a family gathering or just enjoy the peace and serenity.

• Welshpool is within easy drive to the Tarra Bulga National Park, Wilson's Promontry, Sandy Point Surf Beach.
